Cement is construction's most basic input, and cement's most basic input is limestone. At the heart of the production we run at our sites in Şanlıurfa and Gaziantep lies a simple fact: a cement plant does not stop, and therefore the quarry cannot stop either. Here we share what our partnership with Limak Çimento looks like on the ground, and the discipline that sustains this continuity.
The Four Legs of the Partnership
Our work with Limak Çimento runs under four headings: raw material supply for cement production, reserve development, sustainable mining practices and post-production environmental rehabilitation. This is not a "ship and forget" relationship — it is a partnership in which we plan the site's tomorrow together with its today.
One Plan, One Calendar
Supply continuity does not happen by accident. The production plan is designed on the same calendar as the blasting schedule, crushing and screening capacity, stock levels and the dispatch programme. The plant's demand forecast and the site's production programme are aligned on a regular basis. The aim is clear: the customer's silo never runs empty, and the site's stock never grows unmanaged.
Quality Is Documented Before Dispatch
Daily sampling and testing are applied in the site laboratory. Each batch's analysis is shared with the customer as a report accompanying the shipment — so every load we supply carries traceable data, and quality is spoken through reports, not words.
Logistics: Control Through Our Own Fleet
We run dispatch with our own truck fleet. This keeps the delivery schedule tied to the production plan: loading hours are set on site, routes and delivery sequences at the centre. Our nationwide dispatch capacity is the same discipline carried across longer distances.
The Site's Future Is Part of the Plan
In mining, a production plan only matters alongside an environmental plan. Dust and noise are indicators tracked daily on site, and EIA and permitting processes are the starting condition of every operation. Where production ends, we carry out land levelling and afforestation and protect water resources. Leaving a site usable tomorrow is the essence of the partnership's fourth leg.
