Scope of this page

This policy explains the data flows associated with the contact and careers forms and the use of the Canbeyli Group corporate website. When you visit a dealership, school or hospital website, that organisation's own notices apply. This general policy does not replace the organisation-specific and activity-specific notice required for a particular service or application.

Information in a contact enquiry

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message, together with your telephone number and company if supplied. These details are used to record the enquiry, allow the relevant team to review it and contact you. Do not include identity, payment or health information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Information in a job application

The careers form collects your name, email, telephone number, city, chosen work area, experience, message and PDF CV. A profile link is included if you choose to provide one. The information supports recruitment review and communication about your application. Avoid unnecessary sensitive personal data or other people's contact details in your CV.

Records, access and email delivery

Form records are stored on the website server and reviewed by authorised administration users. CV files are stored with applications and are not published in the public media gallery. When email notifications are configured, contact enquiries are sent to the relevant team and careers applications are sent to the designated recruitment address with the CV attached. Resend provides this email delivery service. A submission may still be recorded on the website when email delivery has not been configured.

Visit and security information

The source and IP information of requests are checked to limit misuse of forms. When you arrive through a campaign link, its campaign parameters may be kept in the browser session and associated with a form you submit. Requests about your information

To request a correction or information about your data, use the channels on our contact page. Include your contact details and the subject of your request so that it can be matched to the relevant record; do not send unnecessary identity documents. The Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority provides information about statutory personal data rights.

You can also use these channels for questions about retention, deletion and the legal assessment of your request. This page does not state a verified retention period or promise hosting in a particular country.
