Overview

Canbeyli Agriculture cultivates pistachios with 100,000 trees across 5,000 decares in and around Bozova, Şanlıurfa. We bring the memory of the region's soil together with contemporary production knowledge.

We understand product quality not only at harvest, but across soil health, disciplined care, timing and post-harvest handling as a whole. That is why the orchard's year begins not with the harvest, but with analysis.

Our Growing Process

• Soil preparation — The season's foundation is laid through soil analysis, organic fertilisation and tillage.
• Planting — Grafted pistachio saplings reach the orchard at 7x7 metre spacing with drip-irrigation infrastructure.
• Care — Annual pruning, fertilisation guided by soil and leaf analysis, and pest monitoring through integrated management.
• Harvest — A September–October window that weighs ripeness and field organisation together; mechanically shaken produce goes straight to processing.
• Processing — Washing, drying, hulling, optical grading and packing, with product integrity protected at every stage.
