Define quality by use
In-shell snacks and pastry kernels have different requirements. Describe form, appearance, grading and processing needs before discussing availability.
Plan the chain
Collection, transport and processing should be considered together. Ask about the actual season rather than assuming a fixed harvest date.
Handling and safety
Suitable processing, drying and storage help preserve quality. Appearance alone cannot establish food safety. Agree relevant analysis where required.
Samples
Ask which season and batch a sample represents. Separate visual preference from technical acceptance and consider a trial in your application.
For certified products, check the document's scope, validity and connection to the delivered batch. Harvest completion does not mean goods are ready to ship: allow for preparation, packaging and transport. Record any delivery discrepancy with batch and shipment details.
Wholesale enquiries
Provide form, quantity, application, packaging and timing. Share specifications and consumption plans. Confirm availability and delivery for the specific request.
