NATURAL STONE AND INDUSTRIAL RAW MATERIAL PRODUCTION
Canbeyli Mining
A production approach that handles natural resources with operational discipline and environmental responsibility.
THESIS
We produce the raw material of cement with the responsibility of leaving every site usable tomorrow.
01CAPABILITIES
What we do.
Limestone production
High-quality limestone for the cement industry, with raw-material supply and reserve development in cooperation with Limak Çimento.
Quarrying and aggregates
Concrete and asphalt aggregates, ballast and fill materials produced through crushing and screening plants.
Micronised calcite
Industrial filler raw material for the plastics, paint and paper industries.
Laboratory and quality control
Daily sampling and testing, with customer reports shared alongside each shipment.
Logistics
Nationwide dispatch with our own truck fleet, scheduled on the same calendar as the production plan.
02THE DIFFERENCE
Why Canbeyli.
The usual experience
- The production plan is built around tonnage alone.
- Dust and noise are handled when a complaint arrives.
- Quality is discussed after the shipment.
- The site is abandoned when production ends.
The Canbeyli approach
- The production plan is made together with the environmental and rehabilitation plan.
- Dust and noise are tracked through verifiable process indicators.
- Daily samples and laboratory reports are ready before dispatch.
- Where production ends, we carry out land levelling and afforestation.

03APPROACH
How we work.
Overview
Canbeyli Mining operates limestone production, quarrying and aggregate production at its sites in Şanlıurfa and Gaziantep. The group's planned exit from ready-mixed concrete in 2020 carried its accumulated know-how into this sector; its cooperation with Limak Çimento, one of the leading players in the cement industry, covers raw material supply and sustainable mining practices.
We approach value below ground with responsibility above it: from geological assessment and production planning to site safety and rehabilitation, we see mining as a connected system of decisions.
The Limak Çimento Partnership
The partnership runs on four legs: raw material supply for cement production, reserve development, sustainable mining practices and post-production environmental rehabilitation projects. This framework also sets the planning discipline of daily operations on site.
Our Capabilities
- Limestone production — High-quality raw material for the cement industry.
- Quarry operations — Raw material for the construction sector through crushing and screening plants.
- Aggregates — Concrete and asphalt aggregates, ballast and fill materials.
- Micronised calcite — Industrial filler raw material for the plastics, paint and paper industries.
- Site and resource assessment — A technical approach combining geological information, intended use and operating conditions.
- Production planning — Planning that balances resource efficiency, continuity and safety.
- Processing and dispatch — Preparing material to the required standard and managing controlled logistics with our own truck fleet.
Quality and Laboratory
Quality is documented before dispatch. Daily sampling and testing are applied in the site laboratory, and customer reports are shared with each shipment — so every batch we supply carries traceable data behind it.
Environment and Sustainability
EIA reports and permitting are the starting condition of every operation. Dust control, noise management and waste management are indicators tracked daily on site. Where production ends, we apply land levelling, afforestation and protection of water resources.
How We Work
We work to a four-stage discipline: assess — understanding the resource and site conditions; plan — designing production, safety and logistics together; control — monitoring quality throughout operations; restore — considering the site's future use.
A production plan matters only alongside an environmental plan. We manage dust, noise, water, traffic and site safety through verifiable process indicators, and we carry out afforestation and land restoration where production has ended. Reserve and capacity figures are published only when verified by current technical reports.
04PROCESS
How we move together.
Assessment
Geological assessment and site conditions are examined; reserve information is verified by technical reports.
Planning
Production, safety, environment and logistics are designed as one programme, with EIA and permitting processes carried out.
Production and control
Crushing and screening, daily quality control and managed stock; every dispatch leaves with its customer report.
Restoration
Where production ends, we apply land levelling, afforestation and protection of water resources.
