The starting point was to gather different rhythms of daily life within a single structure while giving each function its own scale. The structural system, façade, mechanical infrastructure and circulation were addressed within one coordination model.

Begümsu Residences is one of the Canbeyli Construction projects that brings modern residential life together with a strong location and balanced spatial organisation. Layout decisions were made by evaluating orientation, shared-space use and maintenance requirements together.
