The school’s identity
Ormanköy Preschool provides nature-based early education in Karaköprü, Şanlıurfa. Founded by Buket Büşra Canbeyli, it represents Canbeyli Group’s activity in education. Its approach makes room for questions, exploration and expression through play, movement, art and storytelling. Learning is treated as part of everyday life.
Complementary approaches
The programme brings together Reggio Emilia and forest school approaches. Reggio Emilia draws attention to different forms of expression and the learning environment, while forest school connects learning with direct experiences of nature.
